The only time I change that (when playing alone) is if I'm in an area with low level healers, then I will swap Xandra for a hero monk.

Tried these three out myself this evening and have to say they worked very well.
I am certainly a convert to the olias build and maybe the others too.

These days, my basic all-purpose Hero setup consists of:

An SoS Ritualist, an MM necro, a BHA interrupt ranger (with pet), and an HB monk.

Of course, which ones I use depends somewhat upon what class I'm playing, what the max party size is, where I'm playing, and whether or not I'm using henchmen.
Also, the Monk can vary between a basic HB and a Mo/Rt - the Mo/Rt works well if there is already an HB in the party.
I also use an air Ele Hero in some situations, but his build still needs a bit of tweaking. And, various characters have various other Heroes set up, but not often used.
